Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product and all original accessories back into the original Levoit packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
